📦 Damaged or Lost Shipments
Lemon Custom Sign cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
